All orders will be processed and mailed within 5 business days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Holidays) from the day we receives the order. Orders must be authorized by your credit card company before shipping will take place. If your order has been declined due to an incorrect entry, you will be contacted via email or phone. If we cannot make contact with you by the end of the processing day (usually 3:00 pm on the first working day following your date of ordering) we will cancel your order and you will need to reorder. Please be very careful when entering credit card numbers, expiration dates and addresses. All orders are sent via the United States Postal Service. Judaica Depot assumes no responsibility for items that are lost, stolen, delayed, misplaced or damaged in the mail.
Most of our items are available for shipping within one business day.
Shipping typically takes only 2-to-5 days in the USA.

Returns Policy
Your complete shopping satisfaction is our number one priority. If an item you order from judaicadepot.com does not meet your expectations, simply return it to us.
To Return an Item
1. Sent the item with all original packaging and accessories plus the invoice to Customer Service at Judaica Depot.
2. Our office will issue a credit to your credit card or by mailing you a check, the credit is for the cost of the item and the sales tax, Not for our shipping cost.
Returns Guidelines for media:
CDs, DVDs, audiotapes, videotapes must be returned unopened within 15 days of receipt.
